The ref's at your field do a pretty good job of making sure everything is fun, safe and fair. I remember one time they shut down an entire big game because someone took off their mask. And nobody on that field was upset about them doing it either. (We were a bit upset with the dope that took off his mask, but not the ref.)

Mick, you do a good job of making sure your refs are trained well and they do a good job of making sure we have fun on the field.
