More SL-68 II
At $169 I still think it's a bit pricey. Nothing had to be designed. It's all off the shelf technology. I was flamed over at PBNation for such blasphemy. So, what do I know. It would be nice to be able to afford a dozen or so for the field for pump only play. I hope the SL-68 II does well.

Mick, I totally agree with you. When I first saw the product poster, I thought it would be ultra cheap due to the lack of design time expense. When I saw the $170 price tag it seemed about $70 above my expectations.
It would be nice to have a strong name brand affordable pump gun to try to get people playing pump only events.
Did you see the Action Village newsletter about this? It said that you don't need any type of air attached for it to function. They later send out a correction newsletter.
BTW, I've been loving the Paintball Laws!
I agree, I figured $99.95 high but about right. Action Village is the paintball typo capital of the world.
I should put out a reminder every so often about the paintball laws. I didn't write them. I'll reveal the source at the end. I'm thinking about asking folks for their own "laws" so you might want to put on your thinking cap early.
