Sportsmanship?
I was going through my t-shirts, getting ready for warmer weather, and I came across this one. I picked it up at the now defunct International Amateur Open. They were still playing 5 man tournaments in the woods back in those days. Seeing the shirt got me nostalgic for the "good old" days. But more than the shirt the word at the top made me sigh. It's not a word you hear very much in the same conversation about tourney play. When was the last time you saw a "Sportsmanship" trophy handed out at a tournament?

Actually 2002 was at the Butler fair grounds on all air ball fields. Also the debut of Xball with the nations cup.
My bad... damn I'm getting old. I was fortunate to have experienced both sites. I arrived at Butler just in time to see the US vs Russia match. It was tough finding a place to watch. Thanks for the correction.
Last I heard SPPL gave out killer prizes for best sportsmanship that all the teams vote on. I wish everyone would do it!
I know that the T2 gives out prizes for last place what league can beat with that.
